Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Anivera mobile application and related services (the “Service”) provided by the Anivera Team (“we”, “us”). By installing, accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your Anivera account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate anyone.
• One person, one account. Do not sell, share or transfer your account.
• Tell us promptly at hanime7788@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

• break any law, or infringe the intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of others;
• post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit involving minors, violent, defamatory, spam, or otherwise objectionable;
• scrape, crawl, copy, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit the Service or its content, or access it through automated means other than the official app;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or tamper with the app, bypass ads, payments, security or access restrictions, or use modified versions of the app;
• interfere with or overload the Service, its servers or networks, or attempt to access other users’ accounts or data;
• abuse the reporting, comment or reaction features, or create accounts to evade a restriction.

4. Comments and user content

You keep ownership of the comments and other content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content within the Service for as long as it remains posted. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content and may restrict, suspend or ban accounts (temporarily or permanently, including device-level restrictions) that violate these Terms. If you believe a moderation decision was a mistake, you can appeal by emailing hanime7788@gmail.com.

5. Content in the Service

The Service lets you discover and watch anime and related media. Titles, artwork, trademarks and media remain the property of their respective owners, and their availability may change or be removed at any time without notice. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Copyright complaints. We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, email hanime7788@gmail.com with: your contact details; identification of the copyrighted work; the specific location of the material in the Service (series and episode); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf. We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.

6. Premium plans and payments

• Some features or benefits are available through optional paid plans. The price, duration and benefits are shown in the app before you buy.
• Purchases through Google Play are processed by Google and are subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policies. Purchases made with PayPal are processed by PayPal.
• Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, payments are non-refundable and plans are not transferable between accounts.
• We may change prices or plan benefits for future purchases. If we materially reduce the benefits of a plan you have already paid for, we will offer a reasonable remedy.
• Accounts banned for violating these Terms are not entitled to a refund of unused premium time.

7. Advertising

The free version of the Service is supported by advertising provided by third parties such as Google AdMob and AppLovin. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for products or services offered by advertisers.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services (for example Google Sign-In, Google Play, PayPal, Firebase and Chromecast). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account as described on our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as licences you granted, disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service or any content will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or always available.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Anivera Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 10 if you have not paid us anything. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Anivera Team from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they give you additional rights.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
